My login is not working?

Be sure you are clicking on the three dots to the right of the word LOGIN then choose “Use application login” and enter your login information.

The course is marked complete and student has not completed all the work?

You will need to contact technical support to reactivate the course. Each course in Accelerate ends with a Participation assignment.  Once this assignment is graded, marked completed, deleted, or excused, it triggers the system to mark the course complete.  Please do not enter a grade for this assignment until the course is complete.

Can I change course settings?

To change the course settings: Login as a teacher Click on the course you would like to edit Click on the three bars on the top left of the page Choose “Editor” Click the Wrench Icon on the top right and you will see many settings the you may adjust

How do I change the weights of assignments?

You can change the weights of assignment categories: Login as a teacher Click on the course you would like to edit Click on the three bars on the top left of the page Choose “Editor” Click “Weights” on the top to adjust

How do I change the calendar or block out holidays?
